Every girl's got one.
Let's start with the simple stuff.
Your cervix is located in the lower part of your uterus (womb) and connects your uterus to your vagina. During pregnancy the cervix stays closed to keep the baby inside the womb. Then, the cervix opens during childbirth – making it a pretty vital part of your reproductive system.1
Even though it's tucked away and everything may seem okay, it's important to pay attention to your cervical health.
The cervix is vulnerable to some pretty serious health conditions that can cause damage, and, if left untreated, can develop into cervical cancer. So while you're focusing on keeping your hair, skin, and nails healthy – don't forget your cervix, so you can stay happy, healthy, and protected.
